I have changed my rating on this TV, because it turned out the problem was caused by the cable box. Samsung’s repair service came and picked up the TV on the second service call, took it back to their shop, tested it and found no problems. After retuning the TV I was able by process of elimination to trace the problem to the cable TV box. I would also like to add the repair service did not charge the $55 that Samsung states they charge if the warranty call turns out to not be a defective product. In my opinion Samsung went above and beyond to try and address the issue with this TV.

Sassy Baby Disposable 200 Counts Diaper Sacks – I always carry these in my diaperbag so that I can dispose those used diapers in a friendly way. If there is no trash can around, I can easily hold on to this nice little blue package until I find one. These work so well, I don’t even bother with the more expensive diaper disposal cans for the nursery. It eliminates the chore of empting that stinky heavy thing. I just toss them in the kitchen trash and haven’t had any problem of nasty smells. I always have them at home so replenishing the diaperbag is a cinch. They’ve come to the rescue for other wet items, since they were available in my diaper bag. They are sized big enough to fit a complete baby outfit, or a baby blanket, or even two stinky diapers. Compare the price of 4 boxes of these to the expensive diaper pal system and you will come out ahead.

I don’t know if it was the Thanksgiving sale, but for $350, I couldn’t resist buying. Before I stumbled upon the 450 model, I was pretty set on purchasing the 350 model which was around $330. I’m so glad I found this for this price on Amazon. It was priced around $500 everywhere else. It seems there’s a big difference in the sound quality between the 350 and 450. I am no sound expert, but the 450 is more than enough sound for my tv/movie viewing needs. Other than an additional HDMI port, the 450 allows you to play videos off of a usb thumb drive. The 350 is only able to play music and photos.

As for the picture, simply put, it’s amazing. You can also find configuration settings online to make the picture slightly better. People mentioned that the color gets distorted at a 30+ degree angle, but if you need to regularly watch a 32” tv at a 30 degree angle, either you need to move your furniture around or get a bigger tv. I don’t think 32” tvs are meant for more than 4 people on a regular basis. For the price, you cannot go wrong with this Samsung TV. Quality is excellent and you get 1 year warranty (labor and parts).

The installation was a breeze, it worked perfectly from the start, the connection to the internet was fast and my first download from Netflix was very successful. Of course, the entire family got together to enjoy our new toy. With no exception we were all amazed by the quality of the image this appliance provides. In a nutshell, buying this wonderful LED TV for $980, shipping included, has been an unbelievable experience.

Was there something wrong? Only one: The sound quality is not great, just as I read in other reviews. So using the sound from our home theater system was a must. You can’t go wrong with this TV!

Schwinn Active 10 Series Upright Exercise Bike – Searched high and low for an affordable (not cheap) exercise bike and ended up with this Active 10 bike from Schwinn because it was on sale at Amazon and had free shipping. After using it for a couple of months now, I can confidently recommend this product if you’re not looking for all the fancy bells and whistles. It has what I need: user memory so it saves my settings, pulse and calorie meter, different workout programs, very compact design and super quiet. The only things that are lacking for me are the absense of water bottle holder (which I can buy separately at any bike store) and no place to put mp3 player or book. Otherwise, for the price, it’s perfect.

The Bad: Although the LCD tv’s size is good, the resolution is not so great. Certain channels tend to fuzz or have small ridges along the screen. The remote is sensitive: when I am on the menu and move the cursor by using the arrows on the remote, it will change the channel.

The Ugly: The start up and load time are absolutely terrible. The iSymphony takes a longer time for the picture to appear on the screen than other tvs. When changing channels, the picture lags about 8 secs before any images load. It’s pretty annoying since my old RCA tv loaded the images within 2 seconds when the channels changed. Quite disappointing from the iSymphony’s LCD tv.

Overall, the television is promising and reliable for now. Even though the resolution isn’t perfect, it’s exceptional for its low cost and non-popularity. The sound performs at its greatest and does not leave any noise. What needs major improvement is the start up and load time for channels because I sometimes feel that the tv will explode from the amount of lag. I recommend this iSymphony 24″ LCD tv for the low income and minimum budgeteers.
